About Me
Playing in bands from the Austin area growing up, I saw the fan: the enthusiasm, the compassion, the revelry, but most of all the support. That is what I aspire to do – be an integral part of a group that gives back to their clients/consumers just as much as the bands that aurally please and entertain. I desire to serve in a music/entertainment driven and passionate community where I can effectively utilize my gifts, talents, and experience in the best environment suitable for them to be unleashed.

Currently, I am a Technical Account Manager/Operations Analyst based in my hometown of Austin, TX where I oversee business relationships from a content operations and delivery perspective across music distribution supply chains, and analyze their performance across key operational KPIs.
Previously, I was a Business Strategy and Music Insights Analyst for iTunes & Apple Music based in Los Angeles, where I supported strategic business decisions across the platform through large scale, in-depth industry analysis. Prior to that, I was a Music Delivery Specialist across Music Connect, SoundScan, and Billboard within Nielsen’s Music Division, where I directly supported the vertical’s SVP of Client Development & Industry Insights and Director of Canada Operations. In this role, I assisted with product development initiatives, new chart implementation, system reporting UAT, special sales/streaming trend analyses with respect to high impact music industry events for press (e.g. Billboard Music Awards, Grammy Awards, Prince’s Death – stats quoted under Nielsen Music in Billboard, NY Times, Wall St. Journal, AP, Forbes, etc.), was a primary communicator with our major music clients (Billboard, Universal, Sony, Warner), managing their expectations, and was one of the primary quality assurers of music sales and streaming data, while project coordinating the efforts cross-departmentally for a team of thirty employees. My prominent focus in this position was on ensuring the accurate processing, tracking, and evaluation of the operational efficiency of the back-end production of the iconic Billboard Charts, including the personal review and analysis of the Billboard Top 200 and Genre Consumption Charts (aggregating album sales, song sales, and streaming consumption), as well as all of the data that comprises Nielsen's industry leading SoundScan and innovative Music Connect databases.
With an array of experience from my background, I have learned invaluable lessons. I have found that these rewards are a direct result of my expertise and passion behind the drive and commitment to not just work in a thriving music/entertainment industry position, but also be a part of a team that desires to give back to their clients, consumers, and the community – a group that serves others well. I want to share, give, and serve in any way I can – compassionately, meticulously, with class, and above all excellence.
